If the movie was lousy I would stay and sit through it esspecially if I shelved out 8 bucks to see it. If the overall date was lousy I would again sit through it and just not ask for a second date.

absolutely not. That would be the rudest thing you could do. If you had such a miserable of a time, don't go back out with him. Maybe he wasn't attracted to you either and was just as miserable.
You need to learn some social skills and quit worrying about asking such foolish questions.
I pity your date for even asking you out. You sound like a total idiot and ungrateful Bit*h.

I wouldn't go to a movie. Movie dates arent very entertaining and you dont get to socialize with your date. But I would go for a first date, never for like, a random date. If that makes sense to you..

I once left a play that I paid for with my date during intermission. It was so awful I could not bare to sit and be tortured of boredom and stupidity any longer. My date felt the same way...we left and found more fun things to do.
So YES>>>>to answer your Q.

I would ask my date and if he or she thought it was lousy too, I'd stop wasting our time and go do something fun.

Probably not.
I've done that before and I stayed because I didn't want to have a big ghetto falling out in public. I know thats how he would have wanted it. After that, I just never spoke to the dude again.

I would talk with her about it, but that is why I would suggest films until I got three from her.
That way, I can do some research and make the final decision to have it be a surprise
