Surely it begs the question why you are asking this? The reason would depend on the type of answer you are seeking. But as others have said it ultimately comes down to respect but then should we not all respect one another alike? I believe the only real answer to the basis of the question is 'The way she wants to be treated' Because no matter how a guy (or girl) treats their partner, until they learn more about each other there will always be wrong-doing and little things that cause the arguments.

Generally, man should treat woman equally. It must dispute the old thinking that it's a man's world. Remember that God created man in his own image. Let us also consider that there are two sides of God: Man and Woman. It is good that we have already the Gender and Sensitivity after a long period of time. It is just right and proper to promote the rights of women too. If man could do it then women could do it too.

A woman is a special being. A woman is the only one capable to carry on the human race. Every woman are as if a flower, each delicate and pure in their own unique way. A woman is the greatest thing that was ever pulled from man, a companion, a friend, a lover.

Any way which will allow the least amount of brain damage in my opinion. I've always treated women with respect, but I'm an avoider to confrontation, so I guess with utter respect and thoughtfulness. Being a good listener seems to work for me, but who really knows? I don't and probably never will. I hope this helps me get best answer anyway... LOL!

How they ask to be treated. Their actions define how their treated like 90% of the time. It's the same for guys though.

As an equal until you prove otherwise. Equality is the highest amount of respect I offer to anyone and I offer it to everyone by default assuming that they deserve it in absense of evidence to the contrary. But if you don't treat me with the respect and courtesy due an equal, or if you demand to be treated as more than an equal, you are going to drop pretty quick in my esteem. I'm not wasting my time on people not worthy of my respect.

For me how well a woman is treated depends on how much respect she has for herself. If you don't respect yourself how can someone else to respect you.

I think respectable women should be respected. Loving women deserve to be loved. Understanding women ought to be understood. Since many women are just born with these traits, women shouldn't have a problem being mistreated by guys. However, women, I believe, are men's EQUALS, NOT their superiors, so they should not expect to be treated like Goddesses if they aren't Goddesses.

Like a man. I know I'm not a man, but in my opinion, I wouldn't mind being treated like one of the guys. The majority of my good friends are guys or girls that act like guys. I also think there needs to be a certain amount of tenderness in a relationship instead of having beer and watching nascar or something ridiculous like that. But seriously, there's nothing wrong with it in my opinon.
