NO NO NO i dont want it

ok so last week i had a fungus epidemic and i lost 20 small freshwater fish

SO...... i bleached the tank let it air dry washed it throughoutly and air dry again .i also cleaned all the plants threw away the gravel used some other gravel(new)

so the tank WAS clean and i even bought a biofilter to help

i waited about 36 hrs and i put one (new) betta and two small other small fish and of course i fed them ,today i notice some partical(which look like old food) covered in a cloudy sheet
WHICH to me its fungus

but why i mean i started the process all OVER again
I DO NOT WANT TO START AGAIN please help

30gl tank

reading:
Nitrite - 0
nitrate -.5
clorine- 0
alkalinity -moderate
ph - 7.0
ammonia - .5

im using some salt and rid fungusshould i keep doing this

You are correct, that is a fungus on the old food particle, BUT the good news is that's a particular type of fungus that only grows on dead material and poses no threat at all to your fish. No need at all to worry or to continue treating the tank.

I would not worry about the fungus, but it tells me that you are overfeeding. You need to cut back on the food, and it won't be floating around until fungus grows on it.
