Some oldies but goodies
Pat Boone in "Love Letters In The Sand
Guy Mitchell in "Singing The Blues"
Bobby McFerrin in "Don't Worry Be Happy"
I'm sure that's got to be more!

Though you probably haven't heard of him, Ryan Ahlwert whistles on his song "Little Peace Song."
Also, the Fratellis' lead singer whistles in "Whistle for the Choir."

You have probably never heard of Roger Whittaker but he was well known for his tremendous whistling capabilities.
For some reason I have a recollection of Roy Clark also being a whistler but I could be wrong.

Eddy Arnold "Cattle Call" he made the song famous for his yodeling and whistling.
Roy Rodgers and Gene Autry also did a lot of whisling too. I know that is way back there.
Johnny Cash did some as well as Willie Nelson.
