Engine oil is leaking into the cylinder. I also, assume that its a two cycle engine. Anyway make sure the oil your adding to the gas is the correct one. Other possibility is that the compression is too low and your not burning all the fuel. Try ruining it for a moment and smell the exhaust. If it makes your nose and eyes burn than you probably have yourself compression leaks. You would have to replace the engine.

Coolant leaking into 1 or more of the combustion chambers indicating a cylinder head/gasket fault or water heated intake manifold/throttle body.

If it's an automatic it could be a punctured diaphragm in the modulator valve on the transmission allowing the engine to burn trans fluid.

Usually when you see white smoke come out of the exhaust system it is a blow-en head gasket. Have a pressure check done on the system and that will tell you for sure.

I would guess the head gasket. If its just white then its coolent. Take a little whif. Smells a little sweet? coolent. if itsgot a bluish tinge to it at all then its fuel. In which case its running to rich from any of a number of carb problems or fuel injectors being stuck open.

Piston rings are the more likely candidate.
