03 Mustang Mach 1, HP Gain?

What would be better for HP gain. K&N cold air intake and JET chip. OR. K&N Air Filter, Mass Air Flow Sensor, and a JET chip. (Mass Air Flow Sensors do not work with K&N Cold Air intake)

if you also have modified exhaust cold air intake and chip will give noticeable difference.

All cars already have a mass airflow (MAF) sensor. If they didn't, the ECU wouldn't know how much fuel to put into the cylinders.

Out of the options you described, the only one that could significantly increase horsepower is a new ECU.
