Rabbits can excrete a porphyrin-pigmented urine that can be confused with blood. These are naturally occuring red pigments often seen in rabbit urine. Blood in the urine is possible with a variety of illnesses of the urinary tracts, but I doubt at your rabbits age that this is the cause. Here is more info on this:

could be blood, check each claw and make sure theres not a problem. If the bunny urinates on its droppings it can make the rust color also.

its just urine not blood. Rabbits havediffrent color pee for diffrent kindas of things they are three kinds
1. normal just have to pee urinr brownish
2.makeing something as there own pee urine redish color that you are talking about
3. and yes a orange coloed pee for when you make your bunnie mad you will find this on your pillow if yuou make them mad.
so im guessing that you dont have your bunnies fixed yet fixing them should fix this little problmy

could be blood in the urine which could mean a kidney infection or even kidney failure you should take then to a vet, if you cant afford the vet then use a syringe and see if you can get a somewhat clean sample to take to the vet and they can check it for you.then you are going to have to watch all the time to see who is doing it.you should separate them until you know who it is.

Red/orange colored urine can be normal for bunnies, you can check with your vet to be sure.

That may be normal as if they eat red cabbage or anything with too much vitamin C their urine turns red.
