I'm in Williamsburg Virginia at my hotel right now and I was wondering...if you ride all (or most) of the rides and rollercoasters and eat and shop for some souviners, do you have time to do everything at Busch Gardens Europe in one day?

Definately! You have a better chance of seeing everything if you get to the park as soon as it opens. I always ride the rides first, then eat, watch the shows, then shop on my way out, but you can do it all in whatever order you want. The cool thing about the shops, you don't have to worry about carrying your purchases around the park all day. If you make purchases early in the day, they'll take your bags to the front of the park for you, and you can pick them up when you leave.
Definately watch the Irish Dancers while you're there, and if you like BBQ, eat at Trapper's Smokehouse. It's pricey, but very good. Expect to spend around $9 for a half chicken meal that includes the chicken, a roll, and fries. It'll be the best chicken you'll ever eat.
Also, if you can, go on Griffon first. It's the newest coaster, and therefore will be the busiest one. If you can ride it early, you can avoid the long line for the ride later in the day.

Enjoy your day at the park and have fun!!
