A-Rod is doing very well right now as a Yankee. He will reach the 500 HR mark during this terrific season of his with the Yankees. However, the start of his Yankee career was not the best. And although his career looks as if it won't end in a while, what team do you think A-Rod has done best with?
The Seattle Mariners: 1994-2000, SS
The Texas Rangers: 2001-2003, SS
The New York Yankees: 2004- present, 3B

A-rod is best as a ranger best he will most likely go on to hit 700 some homeruns and he already has 500 (almost) homeruns. On seattle he hit an average of .286. On the Rangers, he a .311. And as a yankee he is hitting a .300. While on the rangers he hit 156 homeruns in 3 seasons. He also racked up 395 RBI's.

Rangers, he won two or three AL MVP as Rangers as wore #3 in Seattle and Texas. But he choice unlucky number #13 that he couldn't wear Babe Ruth's number #3. He had the attitude problems while he joined Yankees. He has most trouble play in his career as he hit Red Sox's pitcher to knock out the ball from the pitcher's glove in 2004 ALCS Game 6. That he was out of inference. Many Yankees fans are booed at him too much about he's the highest paid player.
He has good attitude at both Seattle and Texas as had teammate with Ken Griffey Jr (now Reds), Big Unit (now D-Backs), and Pudge (now Tigers).

Rangers... he was/is surrounded by future hall of famers on the Mariners (Ken Griffey, Edgar Martinez, Randy Johnson) and the Yankees (uh... why bother?), yet he consistently put up amazing numbers on a perennial last place team while he played for the Rangers. Personally, I am a Red Sox fan, and although he plays for the Yankees, I still enjoy watching him play.

I would have to say Yankee he had his best season there in 2005 and is having a even better season now just wish the yankee fans always saw it this way, instead of booing him.
Plus we have yet to see the best of him.His prime is just beginning.

It would be difficult to pick one team over the others because A-Rod has put up huge numbers everywhere. There is no reason to believe it won't continue.
