OMG now they are singing the rolling stones song satisfaction. WTF. . .still sound likes slurred Bob Dylan though. . .it is both humourous and annoying. They are also deaf . . .LOL.

Tape record it. Then, one night when they're sober and trying to get some sleep, blast it at them from your balcony. They'll get the message.

If you don't have security in your building I would try going up or down to their apartment (accompanied by someone else) and just ask quietly if they could keep the noise down. Simply say that it's getting late and you have an early morning appt. If this doesn't work then call the police and have them come over. If they don't comply with the noise ordinance of local police then they will be arrested. But I am sure if you just go to them and kindly let them know that they are disturbing you they will stop.

There are no ways to deal with drunks without risking their becoming unreasonably angry. If it is a hotel ask the front desk or whomever is in charge to speak to them. Otherwise try and wait as long as you can and if it is still going on call the police. They will go out and speak to them without tipping them off as to who called.

bob dylan slurred you should be able to make out the words them.....but there is no polite way to tell a drunk to shut up......so just tell them to shut the f up......for all the good it will do ya.....

Dont waste your time-just call the police. They're disturbing the peace. A drunk wont listen to a shut up-they'll probably throw up on you.

Just yell shhhhh really loudly, then if they still wont stop, yell shut up and if all else fails call the cops (but i would hate to do that)

Drunks dont like to be confronted, the best way is to turn your hose on them. In their drunken stupor they'll think its raining and head on inside. Good luck, I know drunks are just so much fun to deal with arent they? YUCK! LOL
