Why are terrorists such cowards and use bombs and hide in the people? Is it the Air Forces fault?

I mean look at what happens when they do fight with tanks and guns and vehicles (Gulf War, OIF, OEF) The Air Force decimates them in a few days.

Maybe if we got rid of the Air Force they would fight in the open and not use IED's....

It has nothing to do with cowardice. I'm sure they feel they are being very brave. And during the American revelution, the homeside used terrorism against the English. And let us not forget the terrorism used against Noriaga(spelling?). That was psychological warfare. Peoples who use terrorism as a means to be heard or to fight wars, use whatever means they have to even up things in their favor. I've seen on the news where the countries that get bombed feel that is terrorism against their people. Especially if women and children are hurt or killed. To often things are about being right or wrong and not about being just or fair. It's all about interpretation. One man's terrorism is another man's act of righteousness.

Oh feel so sorry Bro but I think the same will be happened to us too if our enemies are had many advantages like :
1. Iraq that must stand against the most advanced nation in the world like USA, England, Spain, Japan, and else

2. Hey, USA had many many tank, APC, Humvee while Iraq soldier can only use their too obsolete war junk vehicles to resist our attack
I know that many Iraq soldier is not clever or smart as our soldier but they still a truly human being that can think & being rational too

So its truly not a cowardice acts to attack using any means available in the war strategy dictionary, especially if we decide to attack Iraq without any clearly, provedly goals !

For Iraq soldier, we came as invader not a friend that came to give them freedom from Saddam mean dictatorial

For Iraq people, yeah... they once thought that we came as a savior but its in the past, for now, they think we came as another chaosmaker that make their life even worse & miserable with many deaths because mad suicide bombing while we came with many modern war gadget that provedly useless to protect them & keep them safe

In war strategy, there is no cowardice act, there only be the winner & the loser too

Because we even don't dare to attack Iraq one by one, but by pitted more than 5 big, well known, famous, advanced, powerfull & superb countries against just a tiny, miserable, poor Iraq, so its not a strange & surprise think if Iraq use this mad strategy
The war strategy said the most dangerous enemy is the most cornered & panic enemy !

Plus hey... are we came to Iraq to exterminate the terrorist (said Bush) so why we became so angry, surprised when we supposedly know that our enemies are terrorist that like to do some mad bombing suicide (its their trademark style isn't it ???

Yeah... its because we came to invade their country with the true & higher motive to get their oil in the future (with the help of their puppet government that were established by us) not to attack terrorist so our military staff even don't bother to had any preventation against any terrorist acts, which this mad suicide bombing is the most wellknown & favourite terrorist act !

Removing Air Forces is not a good solution

Cuz unless they can cope their advantages with us or they had Rambo, they will never became so foolish to go toe and toe & fight fairly with our practically well equiped & trained soldier while our soldier get many gadget & supporting forces while they only had AK - 47 without any support

What makes you think that getting rid of the Air Force would make these people fight in the open? It is not in their nature to fight fair, they want to kill as many of our troops as possible, in anyway possible & getting rid of the Air Force would not make them come out of hiding & face us man to man! Whenever it has come down to a one on one, they have run away! Have you not seen on TV how when they have almost beaten our forces the Air Force has come in to save our troops lives? They also drop them water, food & amunition, we need the Air Force.
