I baught a flywheel puller and put it on ther but i cant get the bolt to buge, is it reversed treds
any advice will help

The nut holding the flywheel is regular thread - NOT left hand thread.
Do you mean you inserted the flywheel puller and can't turn the center bolt of the puller?
If so -
Remove the puller from the flywheel.
Unscrew the center bolt (not all the way).
Install the puller firmly (snug it with a wrench).
Turn the center bolt clockwise until it stops.
Hold the puller with a wrench.
Tighten the center bolt.
Hit the center bolt with a metal hammer.
Tighten it some more.
Keep repeating.
Hitting the center bolt will shock the flywheel off.

some of the early xr75 were reverse thread,you may have to spray some rust breaker on the bolt and give it some time to work. you can also gently tap it with a hammer to help free it.
