After 34 yrs of working in the some company, what's my compensation, it there's a law that patrons supose indemnizate they workers?

"Workers compensation" is a term referring to compensation for work-related injuries.

What you are referring to is a defined benefit pension, if your employer offers this. But terms differ. You have to ask your human resources department.

This only applies if you were injured on the job, and if your employer is subject to the local worker's comp laws. Also, some companies (illegally) don't pay the premium, and injured employees have to sue to get anything.
