On the rare occasions I deign to have fast food, I do this with my Happy Meal. (Never supersized though! And NEVER a Big Mac. EW!) Because it's better to eat your calories, rather than drink them. 8oz of regular Coke has 150 calories, and I guarantee you're not only getting 8oz in those paper cups.

Nope. Two good reasons to do it.
1. Save calories where you can. You can't get a diet big mac.
2. Diet Coke tastes better. I can't stand the aftertaste of sugared soft drinks.

I know it is sounds funny but I do it too. I really just like diet coke better than regular. I have always liked the taste better and won't even touch a regular coke. I always get a two cheeseburger meal with a diet coke. I know it sounds funny!!!~

I'm guilty of doing that but I don't order a big mac meal supersized.

A lot of people have diabetes and the ones that don't..they realise there is more enjoyment in eating extra calories rather than just drinking empty ones. ;-)
