will aquarium salt be harmful to african dwarf frogs? thanks!

As said above, that would depend on how much. Levels normally recommended on boxes of aquarium salt for freshwater fish shouldn't be a problem, but do very careful research before adding salt to the frogs tank in higher levels.

At the rate of one tablespoon per 5 gallons aquarium salt is good for freshwater settings. It helps prevent disease. It helps with the fish' slime coat that protects the fish from disease. This includes frogs and othe amphibious creatures.

No, it will help prevent your frogs from fungus infections. The importance of salt at a rate of 1 table spoon per 5 US gallons cannot be overstated . It will prevent a lot of problems people have with fungus, tail rot and other problems.

depends on how much salt your talking about. all water has salt in it if you ad to much it can cause death .
so how much salt are you talking about?
and what is the reason for adding the salt in the first place.
