Okay guys, I've found my winner. It's the second guy. But I have to wait 4 hours so I will choose him as best answer in the morning. Right now I am going to watch TV and fall asleep later. But, feel free to answer. You could still win if I like yours better.

Yes, in certain cases. I have a client that's a unique partnership between 2 different companies. They still run both their separate businesses, but the 2 CEO's collaborate on decisions for the partnership. They've appointed a Director for the new partnership, who is sort of the CEO for that business unit. But, he essentially does what the 2 CEO's decide. This situation is very rare.

It's very common in small businesses to have 2 equal partners (CEO's, basically) running the business. This situation is somewhat common.
