As a Cowboys fan it pains me to say that anyone on the Seahawks is good but yes, Shaun Alexander will return to form this year and once again tear up the league. He will turn 30 mid season but he still runs fairly well and he plays behind a very good o-line and fullback. And he will be 100% and have a completely healthy Matt Hasselbeck at QB, which he didn't have last year. And to top it all off, he still plays in one of the weakest defensive divisions in the league. He should record upwards of 1600 yards and 12-16 TD's this year.

Yes. He only played half the year last year and still had almost 1000 yards. Everyone is just worried that he will get hurt again, which is a worry about a lot of great RB's (Gore, westbrook, Portis) If Alexander doesn't get hurt, he will be great again!

Yes, he was injured much of last year.but he'll be back to form this year. The Seahawks still think he is. Hey adamos what does Madden football have to do with whether he's a great running back? You really don't believe that cover jink crap do you?
