I created a Chili pizza just for the fun of it, and it won the contest! It had chili that stewed for 12 hours in the crock pot that had sausage, beef steak and spicy ground chicken, I used pepper jack cheese in a lattice pattern on top of that with a very small amount of mozzarella, topped it with guacamole, and sour cream in a spiral bull's eye (used a cake decorating icing bag) and then on the crust I put butter, and powdered garlic and grated Parmesan before cooking. The look of the judges was worth all the effort!
I also created a Chinese pizza that had Kung Pao chicken and lo mein instead of cheese. The stir fry veggies added an unbelievable appeal and the color needed to make someone at least try it. It lasted maybe 15 seconds on the pan and then they were begging for more.

I like all kinds, but my favorite type of pizza is Hawaiian. I love it because it has pineapple on it. Yummy! :)

Thick crust, light on the sauce, extra cheese. I don't like any other toppings. My husband thinks I am nuts.
