Brazil nuts we are a big country so grow some of almost everything but not enough of things like bananas to meet the desire.

We would have to do without clothing made in third world sweatshops, produce sprayed with chemicals that are illegal to use in this country, beef from South America so riddled with disease that it has to be destroyed upon entry into the US, cheap plastic produtcs that end up filling our landfills, drug traffic would become more difficult, we would have to rely on our own source of oil, which because of demand in the US might cause us to develop easliy renewable resources more quickly, we would have to do without all the outsurced jobs that are killing our economy, and we would have to do without the money that selling arms to countries that may become our enemies in the future would bring. Boy, I cant tell you how much we would suffer...... but seriously would we truly suffer that much?
