she says she's maybe on premenopausal stage or overstress at work.are there any possible cause than that? she's only 37

she should see a doctor about this if she is used to having regular cycles in the past

it could be she has a 5 week cycle instead of the "normal" 4 week one,,,,,,,I am almost 36 yr old and my cycle for the past 7 yrs seems to be a 6 week one. I stopped taking the pill 7yrs ago when my husband has the snip and since then in the main i have a period at 6 week intervals, once i went 9 weeks beween them.........

It could be from stress. But you know, some womens' bodies are just like that. Some actually skip 2 of their periods. It could be anything. Either stress, eating disorders, or just the way their body functions.

it's very possible she's going through peri menopause. i started at about the same age. stress can play a large part in it as well but usually at her age, her cycle will start to change and may continue to change for a while. nothing to worry about.

It can be stress. Stress does a LOT of things to the body!! Also, perimenopause (the fancy name) makes things go odd, too. It can start at her age.
