A girl named Jessica went to get a star tatoo on the top of her foot, and her friend took her to a friend of a friend of a friend who does tatoos at home. BIG mistake. He never washed the needle gun or cleansed anything. First he messed up and it didn't even look like a star. So he did it again to the other foot and since of uncleanlieness, it got infected and the whole tatoo/layer of skin came off! she had to go to the ER and get treatment. It was all red & bloody and disturbing.

there are only two types of tattoo mistakes (and side bar not being mean but tattoo is spelled with 2 t's not 1)
1. getting a name of a boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife you are not granteed you will stay with that person forever
2. going out and being drunk when you get one, you';ll regret it and it will hurt 3 times worth the next morning
the 2003 harris poll revealed that 83% of people who had tattoos, had no regrets about the choice of the tattoo; the other 17% regreat their choice and out of that percent 16% said they regreted it because it was a persons name.
Tattoos that are done right are beautiful pieces of art, and are no way mistakes.Tattoos are done for reasons of love, memory, self experssion. They are not mistake (or at least 83% of them arent anyway)

I took care of a patient for 6 months before I realized his tattoo was Betty Boop. Aging skin isn't good for tattoos, people.

Tattoos are not mistakes--they are artistic representations of personal meanings/events/likes. My now ex-husband's tattoo of "happiness" chinese symbol over his shoulderblade that he got on our honeymoon...oh, well.
