Yes, life can be rich and fulfilling, even without a penis.
Men with certain types of cancer or an accident during circumcision can leave a man without a penis. Also, men going through sexual reassignment surgery have their penis reduced. Some men may voluntarily have their penis removed, although this is considered a pathology.
The surgical removal of the penis for medical reasons is called a penectomy.

Oh yeah -- I think that's what a eunuch is; back in the day men were turned into eunuch's so that they would be loyal servants. Since they lacked a penis, they couldn't be seduced and it made them more trustworthy. I believe pedophiles should be turned into eunuchs -- it would eliminate their sick urges and it would be cheaper than jail and special counseling for their sick asses. If a man doesn't know how to control his penis, he should have to live without it.

A couple thousand years ago, it was common for male slaves to be castrated, so they would not have sex with the royal relations.
Yes, men can live without their jewels. I would just imagine their life would be a little less fun.

So long as they can still pee, (I'm imagining it'd be a bit like a woman, but in a sufficiently awkward position) I think that they can. I mean, it'd suck.
You couldn't do anything remotely fun, in that sense. And no children. That would be awful.
Poor, poor imaginary man.
But if you couldn't pee, and they didn't give you a cathada, your bladder would explode. Personally, I'd prefer my spleen to explode, if anything was going to. Hehe. Spleen.
Much less embarrassing.
