Question: Who will win the Super Bowl next year? Looks like the Colts lost a lot this offseason. Plus it is hard to repeat in the NFL with the tougher schedule for winning teams. Answer: The Saints will win the Superbowl next year. The Saints are still an improving team. They went 10-6 last year while winning their division, but I could see them going 12-4 in 2007-08. Drew Brees passed for over 4,000 yards, and I'd expect that he can repeat. I think most people agree that Reggie Bush is probably going to improve on his 2006 numbers. He only averaged 3.6 yards per carry with a total of 565 rushing yards. He got better as the season went on. In the month of December averaged 5.1 yards per carry -- a major improvement over earlier months. It's realistic to see him improve substantially on his rookie numbers. The road for the Saints won't be easy, since I think that the Chargers, Colts, and Pats are all very good. Nonetheless, I think they stand the best chance of winning it all for the 2008 Superbowl.

If the Packers stay healthy, I think they will surprise. They have built very talented (and young) offensive and defensive lines, and I think you still win the battle in the trenches.
For the Super Bowl, my choices are Indy, NE or SD, with the team that has the least number of injuries being the one that goes all the way. I think the AFC's top 5-6 (Cincy, Denver, Baltimore) teams are better than anything the NFC can offer. It will be a dog fight in the AFC; some poor NFC team will get humiliated badly in the Super Bow.

The Pats are going to be this year's team that spends a ton of money on large superstars that eventually falls short of the SB.....there's one every year. I say the Colts, Saints, or Chargers.
Da Bears won't even make the NFC Champ.

The patriots will win the superbowl, but its not really a surprise. I think a surprise team to make the playoffs this year will be the cardinals, new coaching staff isnt gonna make all the difference for the cards.

The Bears, because no one ever choses them they always surprise ( whether its good: a comeback, or bad: allowing 31 points to Joey Harrington and the Dolphins)
