"Pup" or "kitten", depending on whether you live in the US or UK. (Personally, I prefer pup.)

"Pinky" is a term used to refer to very young baby mice, when they don't have fur yet (hence: pinky). Once they get fur, they can be referred to as "fuzzies". When they get to the stage in which they start popcorning about like crazy (3-4 wks?) there's also a special term that's used, but it has slipped my mind right now... "hopper", perhaps?

"Meece" is just a cute term that is used for mice in general.
