ive downloaded onto my documents/my videos some footage from itv.com of the Race for life l was in, but cant get it to save to disc? Any ideas how to do this - it just keeps giving me links and shortcuts

My guess is that you want to put the video on DVD so that you can play it on your stand alone. Well, depending on what the file is, there are several methods. Without getting technical, winavi is the easiest program that I know of for converting to DVD. I believe they have a free trial so you could try it and see if it works for you.

Go back to itv.com, find the link and right-click on it. The select Save Target As... from the pop-up menu. If you click and save video links, the link is normally what gets saved, not the video.

It sounds like ITV.COM, doesn't allow downloads. You could leave a message with webmaster@itv.com, and ask.
