Yes - it was on Oprah's show this week.
Its because there is fat surrounding it on the base of the shaft.

The burden needs to be within the abdomen subject above the groin. You will not develop and additional inch on the penis but you viewing it from above will realize extra length - the belly fats was once "protecting" it up. Secret to gaining 1 inch - shave right above the field the place the penile shaft meets the stomach of like 1/2 inch of pubic hair in a square. Jabril

Keep this specific meal between 400 and 800 calories. Serve yourself a smaller sized portion, so if you like heading back for seconds, you'll just wind up eating a normal-size portion.

you don't precisly gain an inch in size.

the penis is mostly hidden under the skin and once it is erected it pops out.

if a man is fat more of his penis will be hidden inside the body as the fat under the skin of the pubic area gets thicker

and as they loose wieght the penis becomes more apperant.

so if a man has been fat most of his life if he looses weight he might see a significant change in the size of his member.

YES, people who know me tell me it's unhealthy. But I gain 50 pounds and lose 50 pounds every year. There are no indoor pools in my city, so I can only swim months of the years. I always gain about 50 pounds in winter, and lose them in spring. Been doing it for over 10 years.

YES, when you lose weight your penis looks longer. But it doesn't get bigger. When you gain fat on your pelvis, your penis sinks in it, so it looks smaller. When you don't have fat on your pelvis, you can see all of your penis.

Visually, it looks like your penis gets bigger when you lose weight, but it doesn't get bigger, you just see all of it.

According to Dr. Oz on Oprah.. he says this is true.. for every 30 pounds (I believe).. gains one inch.. I do, however, agree with the other people that have answered that it is probably just because you can see it better... not hidden behind all that fat...

If this was really true, think of the anorexic men that would be running around. It's not true. The penis is the size that it is. There is no growing or shrinking going on.

I suspect that the penis is just more visible, less hidden under all the rolls of fat...but still the same size! It doesn't grow, or anything, after puberty.
