when alone on a Saturday night I line up a large box of ice cream, chips, crackers and dip, pepsi, candy, and I start at the beginning and get as far as I can....and I am "not" fat.

Go for a nice long walk around the neighborhood with my 2 yr old who calls out "Ooooooooo! Ahrpane!" and when she goes to sleep, I catch up on some light cleaning and reading...
