This an impossible question to answer, even a ballpark figure would be completely in accurate.

First of all scientists have to firmly decide when the first modern man/woman appeared. Then figure out how they spread around the world. There are a number of sites but how many have disappeared over the years and will never be found. I just don't think it can be done.
