You remind me of this...........When I was a really little girl, under 4, my Father would take all of us to the creek so he could snag turtles. There were 4 of us by then and he kept telling us to keep still, which was impossible for me(am still the same). It was usually on a sunny day, an hour or two after some refreshing summer rain. After what seemed like forever, he snagged some, took them home and my Mother made turtle soup. He did this every Summer. Back in the 50's.
