No. Most guys in the world are uncircumcised. They're be problems if that were the case!
To put on the condom just get an erection, pull the foreskin back and then put the condom on.
And no, it shouldn't hurt. In fact, studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity.

I guess that's why circumcision is becoming less popular (the USA is one of the few developed nations that does it, and it's as low as 14% in some states. In some states uncircumcised boys will now be in the majority.)

in fact, research and studies show that uncircumsized guys recive more pleasure than boys that were circumsized. so consider urself lucky.
practically all of asia, europe, south america, and northern africa do it. and when i say practically all, i mean about more than 90%. north america and south africa are practically the only large scale area's that the majority do it.

im uncircumcised...
it hurts if you dont use a condom and the foreskin doesn't retract easily...
if you use a condom before having sex without one or it retracts easily... should be no problems...
and...
most likely your head is way more sensitive... which may hurt you if you have unprotected sex

No. it feels better when you are natural/uncut. the penis then works they way it way made to. To put a condom on all you need to do is pull the foreskin back before you roll it on.

Actually, i'm circumscythed and there's this rumor than if you "tape back your extra skin" using a penis ring, your body will fulfill the full pleasure and you can achieve pregnancy faster.
