Jail for butt slapping, but ban corporal punishment. More socialist stupidity?

Socialists have had corporal punishment banned (i.e. 10 strikes of a cane), because it is considered inhumanely cruel. However, the same people with feminist attitudes would consider jailing two 13 year old boys and giving them sex offender titles for butt slapping (sexual harrasment).

Another example of socialist stupidity and hypocracy?

It is very hypocritical, but what do socialists have to do with it?
