Depends on the fridge make, model, but it could be that there is a defrost channel near the bottom of fridge, and that is clogged with old food etc and may need unblocking is normally above the salad compartments, a couple of ways to unblock.
1) some have a dipstick like thing in the hole which is used to clear hole.
2) get a towel place in channel where hole is, then look at the back of fridge should have a plastic hose going to a compartment on compressor or tray take out hose and blow hard should unblock, too make sure put back and pour a little water down the channel.
Also could be down to condensation and humidity. Try to not open the door often and to open it only briefly when you do. If the water droplets go away then that was your problem. If they don't, then you probably have an air leak around the seal of the fridge or something in the fridge is keeping it from closing tightly. Air is getting in and that's a big problem.
