I actually want to have more speed while playing online computer games and I don't need to buy a new Visual Card or anything else. I have Pentium D processor, Dual Core, supposedly should have a vast amount of space and music and movies from iTunes have filled up the space, and I don't know what to do. Help?

Well, open My Computer and move the selection to C: if you're set up to look at details in the panel on the left or hover the mouse over it or right click and look at properties. Any of these should show you how much space is used and how much is free. Disk Defrag will show you the same thing at the start.
That will tell you if you actually have a Vast Amount and how Vast. You may have to get or use a DVD-R drive and move some stuff off.

A pen drive is designed to be more portable then an external hard drive. The pen drive is a memory chip (not moving parts) while an external drive is just a standard hard drive inside a case with a USB connector. But the pen drive only as 2 gig of storage and the external hard drive as 250 of more. If you look, they do make some external drives with lots of space (80-120gig) that are about the size of a deck of playing cards. They are designed to withstand the rigor of being carried around all the time. But they also cost double what a regular external drive does. Which feature do you need more? The ability to move the device around (pen drive) or lots of storage space (external hard drive). Price? A pen drive can start in the $10-20 range for one with only 1 gig (or less) of memory, and go up from there. A USB drive will start around $80 and go up from there depending on storage space. I just picked up a 500gig USB drive with an instant rebate and a $50 gift card for $27 and changes. The last pen drive I brought had a rebate that made it FREE. So look around for a deal.... You have to make the call....

Delete temporary internet files, applications and empty the temp folder every week,if u watch movies online in google try to find a folder google videos and empty it,it eats of lot of space and most of the other files go directly in to ur temp folder, this is the only way left i guess to get more space without an external source

well the most obvious answer would be to remove/uninstall programs/data you no longer need/use

also you can consider a cheap usb drive to store some of the stuff you do not use regularly (like itunes files (songs) a 2 gig usb drive is @ 30 bucks or so. Get a couple and save your songs onto them, then when you need to resync your ipod plug in the usb drive

Delete stuff you don't need, uninstall old and unused applications you don't need. Buy a larger hard drive, buy a special hard drive for media or games.

Get a fast hard drive at at least 7200 rpm.

Other than that, you can't do anything more
