Some days I feel like I'm in a fog and on these days I have a headache usually. Sometimes I catch myself in a staring or not remembering words when I'm trying to talk, but I hear and see around me as its happening. I only pause a few seconds.
Sometimes when this happens my right had drops what I'm holding.
I'm aware of this, but I wonder if I just un focused and change my thoughts however, I come back to what I was thinking or doing without confusion.

I hate to see a doc cause they always want to put you on medication.
What do you think?

hey, before you get a false-diagnosis and panic, check what you have in your food and drink. Aspartame, Nutrasweet, phenylalenine, CAN DO THAT to you. I had those symptoms after I had been using a lot of it in diet pop, artificial sweeteners / sugar substitutes in my tea / coffee...diet foods and I thought I had some disease, I didn't think it was from anything I ate.

Then my sister showed me an article and I totally stopped all aspartame and those symptoms disappeared, gradually got back to normal.

Since then I found other articles, and the fact that the creator of aspartame bought the "independent" testing agency company that would promote its "approval" by the FDA. Its corrupt and unsafe, and many people have been hurt by it, and even misdiagnosed for diseases they didn't really have, but displayed the same results and the same symptoms as those diseases, just caused by aspartame and not caused by a disease they didn't even really have.

what you just described ALWAYS happens to me when i get migraines. since you said you usually have a headache when this happens, i'm going to go out on a limb and say this stuff happens because of the headache. when i get migraines, i can't remember words OR i will remember what i'm trying to say, but it comes out as jibberish. same thing whenever i'm holding something- i end up dropping it or spilling it. i went to the doctor and got medication for my headaches so maybe you should try doing that as well- it's no biggie! :)

you don't say anything about your age but i think you need to see a doctor about having a eeg done for temporal lobe epilepsy. your symptoms match mine to a T and that is what i suffer from. i know you don't like taking medsa but sometimes they are necessary in order to deal with certain illnesses. please see your doctor soon. if you drive and should have one of these episodes you are putting your life and others lives in dangers.
