Marat Safin spanking Pete Sampras in the US Open Final in 2000. Safin dominated Sampras and looked like he was going to be unbeatable for the next 5 years. It was a shame that he hasnt come close to playing like that again, but he picked the right day and stage to do it.

Seles over Capriati, US Open semis, 1991. I don't remember the final score but it was the hardest-fought match I've ever seen. Both players left everything on the court.
