I faced the same problem when I was younger...I lived in Oregon and wanted nothing more than to go to a special school in Manhattan. My mother and father, of course, were just very, very, very, very amazed that I would want to leave home, and they really put their fist down, letting me know that it was NOT acceptable to be away from home...alone. You know what? I think that I can help you.

So, first off. Take classes for acting in junior high and high school. They really help, and you'll be more confident and radiant in auditions. Since you have prior experience, it can only get better.

Next, and this is a big one, find a theater that would look best on your resume and audition, audition, audition. It's easier said than done to go to LA and go to a movie audition. For know, just stick with plays.

Lastly, when your parents loosen up or you raise enough money, go to the closest city that holds movie auditions and go shine! The competition is fierce, though, so if you don't get parts for a while, it's perfectly okay.

Remember, even Tom Cruise was turned down once.

First of all education where your at is priority numero uno. Acting is a very difficult profession that requires long hours and remembering a lot of dialogue and it helps when you have some acting classes back ground. Drama mainly and you can usually get these in your school if you request them. Look long and hard for your goals on acting. Remember the competition is tough and even after a lot of work you may not get noticed. Talent agencies are a good place to start. You must have a portfolio to go to them though. Pictures, credentuals all that kind of stuff. It takes time and money and if your parents aren't providing that then you'll have to wait and make your own money to get to where you can get stage jobs.

You are going to have to find a way to attend one of the acting schools near you. There are acting schools in Jefferson City, Kansas City and St Louis.and maybe elsewhere. Use the yellow pages to find one. Get a job and save some money. Babysit, wash cars, anything. And keep getting more and more and more experience in school, church and community plays. Let me know how your're doing, I advise young actors for free. I am a retired actor. You have to be careful not to choose the wrong school. Beware of schools who promise you the moon.
