If you were to get a direct flight it would be approx. 3 Hrs 8 Min. You can get flight times for airports all over the world here:

a direct flight from STL to las vegas is about 3 1/2 hours travel time.

you do gain 2 hours as you pass over 2 time zones, so the clocks in vegas will read only 1 1/2 hours later when you land. (ex: if u leave STL at 8:00am, it'll only be 9:30am in vegas when u arrive)
and obviously when u return, you'll lose 2 hours.

I generally fly out of KC and prefer Southwest's nonstop flights
Going to it's usually around 2hrs 55min - depending on the jet stream & weather it can be 10-15 minutes either way - From LV to KC the flight is a little shorter 2hrs 45min(usually a little less)

http://www.southwest.com >you can check and see exactly how long the flight will take. My guess would be around 3hrs 15min to LV from STL

I have flown out of Lambert a few times but never to LV

A direct flight is just shy of 4 hours.

a little more than 3 hours
