If there's one thing that guys are always asking me, it's "how can I control myself from ejaculating so quickly?" The answer is simple -- okay it's not that simple, but there is a way that many of you can help yourselves. All that's required is a little exercise that you can do while you're at work or sitting on the couch watching Survivor .

Both men and women have a PC (pubococcygeus) muscle, which is responsible for the health of the pelvic floor. But trust me, that's not all it's used for. You have to keep this muscle in tiptop shape in order to maximize your sexual experiences.

The next time you go to the washroom and begin urinating, try to stop the flow midway. Can you? If not, then you need to start exercising as soon as possible to maintain penile fitness.

Exercising this muscle regularly will prolong the duration of lovemaking and make your climax much more intense. Some say that guys with healthy PC muscles can actually hang a towel over their erections and raise and lower their penises at will. You can also use a hand cloth or handkerchief.

I am going to be very blunt so i apologize in advance. make the foreplay last a lot longer. instead of him using his penis the whole time, tell him to use his mouth/tongue or his fingers. tell him to spend more time on you. its probably not his fault that he ejaculates too quickly your just probably really tight making it all the more pleasurable for him. and when he is about to ejaculate tell him to tell you then have him pull out before he does so. if you are on top just take it out of you when it looks like he is about to c-u-m. this will tease him and make him want even more, plus it will keep him from ejaculating way too early. sorry again. hope this helps! good luck!!

I know what you mean my Ex hubby was the same way. He was a minute man it sucked for me because he would pop and I was left still wanting it and he would roll over and go to sleep. I think it comes with age and maturity because my hubby now is 45 (10 yrs older than me) and he can go as long as I want him to. He says before he feels like hes gonna *um he stops and does something different like going downtown or kissing ect...
