Hi all,

We are staying at Circus Circus and hace discovered there pools is not what we expected. Are there any other nice pools in vegas that we can use for free? I know some of them have swim up casino tables so that would be great. I want to take the kids to a great pool. Any one have any insides about getting into another casinos/hotel pool. How does that work?

This is one of those, good news, bad news kind of things.

The good news is yes there are pools with gaming tables, and yes, YOU could go in free of charge just by saying you're going in to play. >Nevada gaming law requires them to do this<

Nevada revised Statute 463.0129 sub-clause E
All gaming establishments in this state must remain open to the general public, and the access of the general public to gaming activities must not be restricted in any manner.

The hotel/pool is required by law to have a sign posted, saying that entry is free to those wishing to play(gamble)

The bad news is, your kids(unless they are over 21) are not going to be afforded the same.

LV pools with blackjack
Hard Rock Hotel
Mandalay Bay
Palms
Red Rock
Tropicana
Wynn

I sent you an e-mail on where to take the kids. If you need more info let me know.

We stayed at Stratosphere this past May, and the pool on the 8th floor didn´t require a room key, so haul the kids over to their pool. It´s really big, there is a bar there, and they have a workout room right in the area-in case you want to work out too.

Just walk to the pool area at any casino. Question - why would you want to take your children to a pool in Vegas??

As far as I know, you have to be staying at the hotel to use their pool. I could be wrong, but I know that's the case for at least some pools (like Mandalay Bay).
