u hold the Alt button and press 3... ♥♥♥♥... but use the number keys on the right side of the keyboard... not the top

alrite ill fill you in on the symbols:
go to Start
programs..
accessories
system tools
Charater map*** thats it
there are also little alt and number things you can do..im sure someone else will tell you how to do that..but on the character map u can see everything.
