where can i see . Prinplup on pokemon diamond?

Question

I know the area is unknown, but i was wondering if there was a trainer or somewhere i can go to see it so i can add it as being seen. I seen the first stage and the last stage but i have not seen Prinplup and i already beat the elite four so now i'm just finishing my pokedex

well it's not coming up as been seen and I finished the story line I'm working on completing my pokedex

There's a trainer on Route 212 that has it apparently, so go back and try to find him/her. There's a LOT of trainers there, perhaps you missed them going through??? If you missed them your VS. Seeker will show up as one "!" above their head if you haven't battled the trainer at all yet, so maybe you can find them that way?
Alternately you can try to battle or trade with someone who has one, or if you have Wi-Fi you should be able to find someone who'll battle or trade you and back or just trade for a Piplup and raise it up. I'd trade you one if I had Wi-Fi!

That is odd. You will have seen Prinlup in the regular story line because either your rival or Lucas/Dawn would have had it depending on your starter. Those are the only two trainers that will have it.
I can trade you a piplup if you have wifi and you could evolve it.

There should be another trainer who has it. Did you start with Chimchar? If so, you should've seen it if you finished the game. If you didn't, just check the trainers that you missed battling before. If not, I can trade you one and then we can trade back so you have the data.

yeah ive battled many trainers on the game that have prinpulp keep on looking....
