Nope, mostly the only thing that will make them shrink is if you lose weight. (If you can avoid it, don't wear one to sleep...why would you want to? They're uncomfortable to sleep in. But if you have to or you're staying at someone's house and you want to or something, there's no harm done. As an A, I can't afford for them to shrink, so I would know! Don't worry about it.)

If I thought that was true I'd start wearing a bra to bed. I have an overabundance in the chest area and I'd love to get rid of a bunch of inches.

helps keep ur boobs from sagging
when ur older
so u dont have to get a breast lift

nope i sleep i my bra all the time mine are the same size plus if it did make them shrink i wouldn't have any cause mine are only A's

I don't think so. My mom use to tell me to sleep with my bra on to keep them perky, well they stayed perky until I had my 5th kid, but they certainly did not shrink. They got BIGGER.
