Indias first Lady President has a lot on her hands.

But more than her gender it was her qualities as a stateswoman i beleive that enabled her to become the president.

Besides setting right the gender biased and flawed laws on marrige and dowry and domestic violence she has to demonstrate that a woman can hold the highest seat of power with impartiality and justice keeping gender equality in mind.

Rampant Corruption and women empowerment and not male bashing is the main area of challenge.

I think as a trained lawyer she knows the terribel dillemma indian society and its faimly values are in.

I wish her good luck.

HOPEFULLY SHE WILL NOT BE A VULGAR MALE HATER LIKE RENUKA CHOWDHARY OR GIRIJA VYAS OR INDIAN FEMINISTS.

She hasn't done anything worse than recent American presidents have done. The outlook from here is optimistic.

I think that she has a lot to prove but if she's being trusted by all these people and has confidence in herself than she can pull it off.
