I know I am in wrong section, I just need a lot of answers.

Hot chocolate (using lowfat milk and dark chocolate).
A handful of almonds - also increases serotonin levels to help you feel sleepy.
A glass of milk, or warm milk with honey.
Cereal with milk.
A turkey sandwich.
These all will help make you feel sleepy and relaxed.

Granola bar(Nature Valley)
Dry cereal
Fresh blueberries
baby carrots

Basically, any kind of fresh fruit or veggie(except for avocado. That's more of a meal.) Whole grains are good. A single serving packet of oatmeal is good, too.

a peanut butter sandwich with bannanas and apple chunks is what i usually crave that is decent on the line on healthiness
