I love the name Charlie for a little boy! I would suggest making his full name Charles. Here's some suggestions:

Charles Edward
Charles Lucas
Charles Richard
Charles Adam
Charles Michael

Spell it right. Kids have it tough enough without parents screwing with their names. Go with Charles, you can call him Charlie, but when he is older he may prefer Charles. A good Middle name would be from a family member you would like to honor so long as their name is not goofy.

Charlie is cute! I wouldn't change the spelling, though, that becomes a pain in the neck for the kid all through his life.

I'd suggest a short, one syllable name for the middle.

Congrats!
