childrens chute and swing - do you need saftey certifacates?

hi, i was thinking of starting a business building and selling childs swings and chutes, i know the business would be only seasonal so i coudnt do it full time

do i need any certificates for these to sell them and if so how do i get them,

do they have to get a safety certificate as well?

You will need a serious insurance policy, regardless of how many safety certificates you have. That's a business I would certainly avoid in the US. Lawyers will LIVE on your doorstep.
