Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNT7Y

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

Depends on the state. In North Carolina the Department of Corrections has a site where you can look up convictions by name for free (keep in mind these are convictions, not arrests). Look up the department of corrections for the state and see if they have such a public database.

Paying for the check - I'd discourage it. The only accurate way to do a check is to have a waiver by the person you are looking up. Even then, it's not fool proof. Save your money.

there is not one web-site for this - every county has their own site for it. Here in Illinois for a lot of the counties the site is www.juduci.com or it may be on the actual counties web site that you would have to find out the criminal acts. It takes a while to track down the correct web site but keep on looking and you will find it.

All criminal records are open to the public. Some counties however charge you to look at them. In my county I just typed in sanbernardino county court records and found a link to where I wanted to go. In los angeles county you have to pay to look at them.

Where I live you can go to the court website and search a persons name and date of birth and all of there current and past court dates will be listed along with warrants. For example I live in NM so I can go to nmcourts.com

This questioned has been posted so many times I have lost count. Other than going directly to a state offender list or physically going your local courts, there is NO FREE criminal background checks.

There is none. It is illegal to give out that information without it being requested by the person through the Dept of Safety, with the exception of sexual predators!

If they say they can get it they are lying!

It is business as usual! How long have you been buying tap water?
