I prefer asda when I can. I like the price/quality thing. After that I like Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury´s. In that order. I don´t know why, I don´t like Sainsbury´s. I don´t shop much at Waitrose so I can´t tell.

Usually Asda as it's closest, but if I'm over the otherside of town I will call in Tesco.

Between Tesco`s and Sainsbury`s. I have a Sainsbury`s right on my doorstep, but when I do a `big` shop I go to Tesco`s. (although Sainsbury`s fruit and veg is always better)

Some of the supermarkets you mention are in the "anti-salt" campaign promoted by C.A.S.H.

This means that they are not stocking products which have a salt content higher than their approved level.

We really should avoid using supermarkets that tell us what they think we should be eating, rather than allowing consumers to make an informed choice.

Since the opening of a supermarket leads to the closing down of many small independent shops, it means that shoppers have lost the ability to make their own choice on what they want to buy.

Let us try to avoid these anti-choice stores.

The local farm shop wherever possible for food. If I need something I can't get there, then it's M&S or Tesco in that order

I try to get as much food as I can locally, usually from the farm shop or market.

The rest I do from good old Tescos, I order it online because I can't stand going in the place.
