Is there a min distance choppers and/or planes have to be from each other while in air? If not there should be and now...there are too many collisions or near collisions that this needs to be addressed. These happen on the ground and in the air. The NTSB and FAA need to so something.

You probably would have gotten a large response if this was in the Aviation category.
I think "chaos theory" could be used to determine what is going on.
