Well... funny you should ask
First he should be suspended from the NFL until his prison sentence begins. He should be forced to donate whatever is left over from the cost of his attorneys charges to an animal shelter.
His nickname should be changed to Vickie.He should serve a 10 year prison sentence. He should only be fed once every 2 weeks, and that should be Jim Dandy. He should spend 95% of his time in prison strapped in one of his own personal rape stands.
When he is released, he will be useless right? Certainly not material for the NFL. Well, lets continue to use the Michael Vick logic:
An event should be held at the largest dome in the country, and with tickets sold and the proceeds given to a Pit Bull Rescue Shelter.
These methods should be utilized until he on the brink of extermination, and on #5, finish him off:
1. Dunk him in water until he is nearly drowned
2. Hit him with a few high volts of electricity
3. Pick hiim up and slam him on a concrete podium until his head cracks like a melon
4. Hang him
5. Shoot him in the head

I'd say take away the only job he will ever be any good at. Deprive him of millions of dollars in salary and endorsements. Turn him from being the idol of fans into somebody who is sometimes a laughing-stock and always looked down on.
Oh yeah: that's exactly what WILL happen to him. :-)

After his five years in jail, hugh fine, I would make community service for one year (no pay) at a no kill pet shelter, attending to the animals, cleaning cages, feeding, bathing, attending only to the animals needs, no front desk work.
